add support for subsonic API #335

subsonic looks like it's pretty much exactly trying to solve the same problem that groove basin is. They have an API, which fills a role similar to the MPD protocol. We already support the MPD protocol. Maybe we should also support the subsonic API.

I see a couple android apps for subsonic - it might be cool for those to work with groove basin.

@andrewrk could you take a look on the new Aura project? https://github.com/sampsyo/aura This is a project started by Beets project maintainer after several discussions on api to define a better REST API for audio streaming/browsing. I'm the current Ampache project maintainer and will contribute to Aura as a collaborator. Once first specification version ready, I think I will give a try and move Ampache to this api. Anyway, it would be wonderful to have you onboard to discuss / contribute on this api definition.
