`PILE OF POO` may not be available on some systems #46

After a quick search I found that PILE OF POO is not widely available.

As an example: https://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/1f4a9/fontsupport.htm. On my system it is only supported by SourceCodeXXX (checked using fc-list :charset=1F4A9)

That's really unfortunate for those users of those systems. This project will be a beacon in the dark; a bastion of hope. For its inevitable poopularity will provide those systems motivation to add PILE OF POO to their codex.

Closing as WONTFIX since parting with the PILE OF POO emoji would be equivalent to ego death.
