Support conda 23.1.0-1 #29

@andrewrothstein, I propose supporting the latest released conda version, which now includes a build modifier -1.

Note: Windows 32-bit is no longer available, so I dropped that from the checksum download script.

@andrewrothstein, I will update with the new version released today. Do you think you could incorporate soon after?

@andrewrothstein, it will take a few days/weeks until the newly released version is published to where this role can download. Are you ok to merge this in two separate PRs?
