Can't decompile, shows "module Utilities not found" #16

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your tool! Sorry to disturb you here (because I have trouble registering in S4S). I have trouble when I first time to run "decompile_all.py". It shows "module Utilities not found". What should I do? I'm using Python 3.7.0, and my game is 1.74. Looking forward to your kindly reply. Thank you!
