Force player to examine FFSS before leaving #15

We want to make the player examine the FFSS before going on their way. Not to be mean, but just so they know that there'll be a lot of inventory that's useless.

Some fourth-wall stuff about "boy! All this stuff will be tricky to carry at once! You feel there should be a solution, maybe right here in Reeve Row. There's only so much to examine. You haven't examined it all yet." should be adequate and funny.

Also forced player to examine FFLL. This fits in with the "you'd like to leave, but you don't want to be clueless" theme.
