A quick implementation to add support for Pushover notifications

Awesome addition. I was about to ask you to add the details to the README file, but then I realized that we don't talk at all about notifications in the README. I (or perhaps someone else) really ought to do that at some point. Anyway, I'll merge this in. Thanks!

Nice one, I'll look into making comment on the Pushover details
