Players listed under enrollees and or have zero-rating are more than likely walk ons. 99% of the ones on 247 are not on rivals, we can almost keep these separate and label them possible walk ons as opposed to walk ons (confirmed) and for statistical purposes having a record with zero stars is same as Rivals not having a record. Still zero stars.
Rivals does not seem to track these guys, I suspect they are on the rosters for teams in that given year, or have made NFL and 247 goes back and adds them as a walk on. It's not believable that the only walk on at certain programs made the NFL and all the other walk ons are absent.
