new user discovery journey

When a user comes to the site the first time we need to try and intelligently gather information and suggest relevant content to them.

• encourage to add social account > extract user info from social accounts
• location > based on geo, ask to confirm or correct
• sports preferences from either a list, or types (team/ fighting / extreme!)
• suggest content & see what is clicked on
• any decisions user makes we need to store so we can refine this process in time.

The journey is initially for new users, but if we come up with an interesting discover method users could access it at any time. Like TED > i want some thing fun / inspiring !!

Ideally, once we have enough content being pulled in we should auto-curate their home page with all popular/breaking news to encourage further interaction and discovery.

We should also look at how we can promote Channel's for them to follow that are related to the content they consume.
