Mobile app Icon notification #21

Create notification for mobile device user to add Onside Icon to home screen.

I think we should notify every time a user views Onside on a mobile device.

i have a way to do this, but until we have the home screen button working properly no point in adding. Currently on home screen redirects to safari. This bug is apparently fixed by controlling all links with js.

OK. Let's timeline this, will need a rough date for business talks.

This should not necessarily be discussed during business talks, it is not so much of an onside feature as on iphone one that we will be implementing. Its is not core to our proposition.
