allow chapter and parts to mix inorder #19

at least the introduction chapter and the final chapter must not be forced to be parts. introducion is achieved, but not final yet 0.1.6.7

difficult change. the processing of files and directories (ie. parts and chapters = files) is separate and merged only when the templates are filled.

There is no sorting included in the template filling - but would have to be processed there... probably not worth the effort - do by hand at end. make dummy schluss part
