Add S1 and S2 velocity to MS_plot #6

It would be nice to be able to customise the MS_plot plots to allow e.g. plots of the S1 and S2 phase velocities as well as or instead of the S wave anisotropy. We would probably want to do this alongside a better way of returning bits of the figure.

This is fixed on the splitting branch. Close this once that gets merged.
