Merge Gen-Tao's wkml examples into the FoX tree #13

Gen-Tao had several examples of the use of the wkml interface features. These should be updated for API changes and checked then merged into the /examples directory. We should probably have a way to check the output of the resulting executables when make check is run.

Some are included by commit 1cea168d5b9a8b56c6d4c2c7e0a53ff770f43ee6 - more work to do here.
