Compilation issue with vfproj #63

Hi,

I had to add file m_wcml_inputdec.F90 to your file .vfproj in order to compile Fox using Visual Studio. With this change the compilation was Ok.

Thanks. I've just merged a patch from @JHenneberg which fixes this so it should be fixed on the master branch here. I wonder if it is possible to test visual studio builds automatically?
