Sign of velocity #16

We should make sure the code and paper match in terms of the sign of the velocity. At present the paper says we solve for V, and V = dr/dt. However, when we calculate v it is positive downwards and we sort this in the IVP solver. Probably need to write V = -dr/dt in the paper too

This is now clear in the manuscript and noted with a comment in the code.
