We'll put the description of this into part 2. Notebook needs checking. We probably need a notebook to illustrate the model works (gives published figures) which we do not use in the paper directly, and one that just makes a figure for the paper. Probably phase diagram, P-T-V plot of some kind, and chemical potential plot. Write some words for the paper
