Need to blacklist WLAN for make it works #8

I also need to add blacklist for WLAN like this:

rfkill list then what I saw is soft blocked and hard blocked are yes. So, I need to add `blacklist dell-rbtn' into /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
