Dock disappears when swiping left on the weather widget on the homescreen #76

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.1.1 (Hebrew-RTL) https://vimeo.com/219574528?ref=em-share It only happens if I swipe hard enough or swipe across the block past its end but it happens to me quite a bit, I believe it's because it thinks I'm going to the spotlight (where there's no dock)
