Added ability to add a hashtag in the post content and it will be detected and logged.
A new trending page shows everything that has been hashtagged, in order of popularity (ie number of tags).
Can click a hashtag either directly on a post or from the trending page and it will show all the posts tagged with that hashtag.
Pulled the post display into a partial, DRY.
