Test EntityLoader with IUCN, EcoRegion, PA types #85

EntityLoader has been modified and tested with Jetz Range maps to load MultiPolygon, Metadata, and MasterSearchIndex entities for all unique combinations of tokens. Test that the mechanism works for the other data types/sources.
