When I tried to install the package I got the warning and error message below. When I did sessionInfo() no STRbook package was listed. I pasted my sessionInfo output below the warning. How can I install the STRbook package? Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike, I think you have a problem with your devtools installation. Please reinstall devtools and retry.

Do you have another machine to try it on? We've had a short course a couple of weeks ago with 40 students who ran that command so I'm pretty sure it's not a problem with the gitbhub page.

Regards, Andrew

Andrew, I did update and reinstall devtools, but I got the same error. I will try another computer.

Please keep me updated if you offer any future short courses. Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike, Could also be a problem with RTools. Maybe upgrade R and install the new version of RTools too, might fix the problem. Sorry I cannot help much but it's not a problem with the GitHub package I think.

Will let you know if we are giving any courses in the future.

Regards, Andrew
