SlimTriggerResults does not account for L1T prescales #82

It seems SlimTriggerResults only stores HLT prescale but not the L1T.

Observed this problem in file [1], analysing events from run 259686. Prescale index 5 was used throughout the run. Table below shows correct prescales as reported by WBM and the saved values.
