QuickTime shows different initial timecode value than specified in ffmbc.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I hoped to transcode a file to a QuickTime file and include a timecode track 
using (-timecode 00:30:40:13). When the resulting file is opened in QuickTime 
the timecode starts at -21:21:10:69.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FFmbc version 0.6-rc8

Please provide any additional information below:

- Full commandline run (with -v 3) and everything the program printed
without
the repeating parts.
