Hiking style colours and stipples

Dear Andrey, I prepared a patch with some small changes in hiking style, see below. If you can spare some minutes, please consider! Changes spelled out:

• If sac_scale specified, but trail_visibility not, then use the one that corresponds to the sac_scale Mappers can still tag excellent visibility on a difficult alpine hike, however sensible that is…
• Colour scheme: the darker, the more demanding T1,2: cyan --> blue T3,4: orange --> red T5,6: violet --> black

Colours chosen, so that they are not far from what is now and differ good enough among each other and appear the same width, even with relations attached. T5 now is an abomination ;)

PS: I could not get the legend to show the colours right. I do not think we will ever see an invisible bridge, do bridges really need to adjust to trail_visibility?

After some more local changes, I learned a little; Hillshading sometimes makes trails harder ;) Bridges actually are a whole different beast. Still think, it looks good, I will prepare a pull request when satisfied
