Hiking style colours and stipples #129

Dear Andrey, maybe you can see use in these changes? Going through the commit

Mostly cosmetic changes; Code herewith put into the public domain, please use as fits your work

hungerburg commented 3 years ago

Updated my fork: Colours need to be louder, so they can be differentiated properly, orange still too dim, but must not be too yellow, to not confound swiss users into thinking, this is a flat hike

hungerburg commented 3 years ago

In case dimming of closed paths (e.g. due to rockfall hazards) is desired, map creator must not optimize out static key "foot"

Well, found out, what the dead code was for, or supposed to be for :) It is in again, perhaps a little updated too, blends now very well with the rest, cycleways included!

Not to annoy anybody, I am getting there - a mixed bag, something maybe due to device. Nesting change makes more of it, than it actually is. Small streams show the bottom of valley much more conclusive than hillshading, useful e.g. when off-path hiking.

Hello Andrey, I have been using this now for some time outdoors and I am ever more happy with trekarta. Just pushed a change to show the name of buildings, as huts are POIs on hiking trails, including those without food and beverage, perhaps even of interest for city walks :)
