How to import `*.mbtiles` files #86

According to Trekarta's website, one can import *.mbtiles files to add own offline data. Also, I found this blog entry of yours that is describing just what I want to do. [Even though there the app is called "MapTrek", the interface, the icon and, of course, the owner are the same. So I suppose, you just renamed it since 2016...]

Anyway: I can't figure out, how to import the data for usage by Trekarta. 🙁

There seems no option to import it from within the app. But, on the other hand, if I click on the generated *.mbtiles file, it doesn't show anything related to Trekarta as an option to open it with. I tried it with RMaps' *.sqlite file format as well – just the same result, unfortunately.

Can you please guide me on this? Or, even better, maybe add an easy to use option in the menu for adding downloaded *.mbtiles?

Never mind... that's what you get for not being able to read properly. 😅

I just looked at the store again and noticed that I installed the light version where it reads that "Support for custom maps in sqlite or mbtiles format" is missing in the light version.

Bought Pro now and it's working like a charm! Very much worth it! Thanks a lot! 👍
