Topographic map style (TK50/Генштаб) #87

There is a widely accepted map style which has common roots: German TK50 and Russian Genshtab. If there is a noticeable demand in that style I can create some subset (with respect to OSM/VTM limitations) derived from them. Please comment.

I think french IGN maps look a bit similar with a bit more contrast, you can have a live example here.
