fd support, so there is no warning line #7

Can you please add fd support? When I set set-option global fzf_file_command 'fd --type f --follow', I got following: Screen_Shot_2018-09-28_at_22.51.09.png

I suppose there should be info box message, instead of that line.

Ok, besides the warning this snippet works fine?

I've tested it, it works fine. I've fixed a warning, but I working on another bug right-now, so please wait until I push fd support along with It. I'll close the issue when changes will be in master.
