Description:

Sorry this took so long to submit - I only just got off of work.

This consists of all the changes that have happened to powerline.kak since I begun maintaining the plugin. Note that the README will likely need changes to reflect the new repository location, but apart from that we should be good.

Again, it has been a joy to assist in maintaining this plugin in your absence, and though I won't be maintaining my own fork anymore, I would be more than happy to help in resolving new issues in the future via pull requests.

This also resolves issue #16, by the way.
