Update copywrite, move to its own line #22

Updated the copyright to 2016, also moved it to its own line so that consumers preserving copyrights can easily trip out the rest of the comments in production.

@andreypopp would also love to know your process for tagging and releasing a new version as well, as getting this merged is relevant to a project I'm working on

I'm closing this, it seems like this will be never looked at, and I no longer need it.
