Add hint about keeping boot splash visible #41

Took me quite a while to figure this out.

Hi,

Do I understand correctly that without this option and with boot splash enabled you see the vendor logo, the Arch logo, then the vendor logo again during boot?

Also, quiet looks unrelated to the issue.

Oops, sorry, that was a bit unclear, but you are correct. The quiet is also required, otherwise the console will override the image. With these parameters it's vendor logo -> arch logo -> desktop.

I pushed a slightly modified text, thanks.
