Problem with Batch dedup on Windows 7 #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Volume with '-io-dedup-file false'
2. Mount the volume 
3. Copy any file in this volume 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Files copied are unreadable and i cannot use their

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Enterprise ed. (64 bits)

Please provide any additional information below.
The inline dedup seems to be work correctly.
I have not test on another Operating System

The same issue exists on Ubuntu 11.04 for both v1.1.0 and trunk.
All files are filled with zeroes instead of data.
