Cannot Import Appliance into Workstation 8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. File/Open/ Choose the Appliance OVF File.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sdfsnas-prod-1.1.1.ovf

Please provide any additional information below.

Error received was, The import failed because C:\sdfsnas-prod-1.1.1.ovf did not 
pass OVF specification conformance or virtual hardware compliance checks.

Click Retry to relax OVF specification and virtual hardware compliance checks 
and try the import again, or click Cancel to cancel the import. If you retry 
the import, you might not be able to use the virtual machine in VMware 
Workstation.
