glasses issues #11

default value for no glasses is 0 and not -1 so you can add and remove glasses even without glasses

0 is not no glasses, 0 is technically still wearing glasses, skinchanger probably doesnt use ClearPedProp to get rid of the prop. Not an issue just a small inconsitency with some resources.
