change usepackage to avoid error with "ecbx0800"

I was getting the same issue as this fellow: https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/267675/pdftex-error-pdflatex-file-ecbx0800-font-ecbx0800-at-600-not-found and followed the advice by David, fixed the issue
