Incomplete PR to support new RF and SeleniumLiumrary #230

Should not be pushed to master. Only some experimental code how to fix plugin to support RF and SL.

Well work from someone. Also there is #231 which takes the work further. I think in this point I would stop supporting Python 2 and support only Python 3.

In reality this project would need new maintainer. Robot Framework has syntax has changed quite a lot and most likely will change more in the future releases. Also the new parser in RF 3.2 offers new possibilities and work done for supporting language server protocol, https://langserver.org/ is also tempting. Would you happen to know if someone is interested?

@aaltat While I do understand issues, branches and PRs and can somewhat comprehend diff + code review concepts and testing a branch out to see if it works, I don't have enough of an understanding of Sublime Text 3, Robot Framework or the languages these are running in, to be an actual, useful maintainer.

Well, I could say: When I started my maintenance sift for the plugin, I don't have either. I was driven by a need and rest can be learned along the way.
