Failed to install XPrivacyLua #1136

Describe the bug Unable to download XPrivacy from Settings on Permission Manager

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Permission Manager
  3. See error

Expected behavior XPrivacy should be installed
