Delete bootcode.bin #1

Thank you so much for your amazing work and getting this working!!!

This PR just removes an unused file. The file bootcode.bin is not needed on the RPi4, so it can be deleted (https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/boot_folder.md) Are you okay with us (openrpi/rpidroid) creating this fork and providing ARM64 prebuilts? (https://gitlab.com/rpi-droid)

Thanks for the PR. Fork is always okay for these public gits :) Just keep credit to android-rpi.
