Disable boot animation #10

The boot animation is broken and keeps appearing, even if the system is fully loaded. This removes it completely. This fixes #6.

Boot animation is showing when surface-flinger has crashed. In arpi build config, I'd like to expose the crash status. And boot animation is useful for graphics hal development.

You can use this flag on your image distribution.
