I've having the same issue with VirtualBox 5.2.30

I'm seeing a similar issue. RC2 networking/adb does not work in qemu/kvm but RC1 works fine.

Edit: My issue was solved by disabling VIRT_WIFI.

At VirtualBox 6.x it's works All RC1 and RC2 and RC2 with Kernel49. Of course Display must be set to VBoxSVGA and few simple options.

@4SiB What are the simple options you speak of?

@chrunchyjesus I must install new vm to check it, and do todo list:

Freezeng and working... freezing and working.... until:

"Play Store" are crash and crash... Poweroff. Poweron and wait until a Store update itself, wait and wait. and wait.... When it update itself then you can assign your gmail account, install your apps, etc.

The PIN as password is very very hard to enter, means open window to enter the pin. To unblock first screen. The best is the keyboard key: right mouse button menu

Android x86 is very slow in VirtualBox 6.x because the VBox guest addon are not in kernel and I don't know how install them. Terminal with root but sh with cdrom linux files are not run properly - means are not compatible with Android platform. ISO with Kernel K49 the same.
