[FR]: Moving over ForegroundLocation #195

Describe the feature request

Just wanted to ask if there are plans to move the foreground location with persistent notification to be a part of this new repo. Seems it was not transported from there. Is this because of possibly anticipated(but unannounced) deprecation of this feature entirely in future android versions?
