This PR migrates JetStream to version catalog. In addition to that, the following things are delivered by the PR:

Ext block is removed.
Some libraries are updated, including Compose.
Fix a build error on BaselineProfileGenator.kt due to the update of androidx.benchmark:benchmark-macro-junit4
