Application of MAD recommendation for ViewModels

This PR aims to apply MAD recommendations especially on ViewModels:

• Moving content filter logic from Composables to a ViewModel.
• Moves reading JSON tasks to I/O thread.

This PR also includes som minor improvements:

• Migration to KSP from Kapt.
• Switching Icons to use material-icons-extended from SVG files.
• Updating dependencies.
