Fixed androidstarters-kotlin project not compiling #23

Removed Android extensions as they conflict with the ones in AndroidUtils.kt class.

Btw seems that Travis failed with non related error:

No Rakefile found (looking for: rakefile, Rakefile, rakefile.rb, Rakefile.rb)
