Subject: Feature Request: Integrating Google Assistant with Media3 Demo

Dear Media3 Team, I'm writing to propose a new feature that would significantly enhance the capabilities of the Media3 library: integrating Google Assistant. By integrating Google Assistant with Media3, users could control media playback using voice commands, making the user experience more intuitive and seamless. This integration could enable users to:

• Start and stop playback
• Pause and resume playback
• Skip to specific tracks or chapters
• Adjust volume
• Seek to a specific position To ensure a robust and user-friendly implementation, I suggest incorporating this feature into both the main Media3 repository and the demo repository. This would allow developers to:
• Examine the integration code and learn best practices.
• Experiment with the feature and provide valuable feedback.
• Quickly and easily adopt the feature in their own projects. Furthermore, I propose that the Google Assistant integration should be implemented in the Media3 Demo application to demonstrate its functionality on a per-media-item basis. This would provide a clear and concrete example of how developers can leverage this feature in their own apps. Thank you for considering this feature request.
