Hello everyone, hope I post the request in the right place... I am a "Just Player" user who uses the "exoplayer" drivers, and I have a problem detecting audio tracks in TrueHD Dolby and TrueHD Dolby Atmos, if the Dolby Digital Atmos tracks are detected and displayed on my television , no detection or display on the TV of TrueHD Dolby and TrueHD Dolby Atmos tracks! and I'm not alone, on NVIDIA SHIELD the problem is also present! I'm giving an example track, since they are all based on the same encoding...
Format : Dolby TrueHD with Dolby Atmos Title : FR VFF : TrueHD Atmos 7.1 Language : French Channel(s) : 8 channels Bitrate : 2 925 kb/s Sampling rate : 48.0 kHz
Can you please provide us with a sample URI to the content for reproduction?
Here are two...but the problem is the same regardless of the TrueHD Dolby Atmos file...
Hi @Philofil92,
It would help to have logs to look through. Would you be able to provide a bug report?
Also, thank you for providing media but we are unable to use those samples. If you have any publicly available content then we would be happy to test for an ExoPlayer issue. You can either post the links here or send them to android-media-github@google.com with the subject
Issue #684
. Please also update this issue to indicate you've done this.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with any report, because I didn't keep the 30 TrueHD Dolby Atmos files that I've had in my possession for 3 years, since, contrary to what video software, Nova Video PLayer, Mx Player, Just Player and the original Android multimedia player all announce support for Dolby ATmos TrueHD, none of them worked, I ended up deleting these files
I give you 2 links where the files are royalty free or you have to watch on youtube!

I have a question though... How do you check that the to check that the implementation of new functions is operational, if your development teams don't have any source at their disposal?
