please support AVS3-P3/Audio Vivid(av3a) decoder for exoplayer #938

the AVS3-P3/Audio Vivid(av3a) decoder has been applied on 8k live to support the best audio quality in stream media

and the ijkplayer has supported it

We are only likely to add support for software codecs in extensions if they are widely used. I can leave this request open in case someone want to provide a PR or show further interest, but we won't take action for now.
