File dialog chooser problem #3

When I click any of the "Choose file" buttons, the file chooser opens but the entire when greys out and I cannot click anywhere in the window anymore. This occurs on both a linux shiny server and on windows running the app through rstudio.

Dear user,

I'm currently in vacation. I'll be back July the 29th. I think the problem is coming from the library that I'm using to browse the files (shinyfiles) which seems to work only locally. Maybe you could try to use imetagene through R studio. I'm going to update the code to avoid this issue when I'll be back. Thanx again. Audrey
