OSplitter: Allow users to grab the square handle and drag #54

Allow user to grab the square handle on OSplitter and move it left/right to resize the panes.

It is a natural thing users would expect to work.

Our splitter size is about 3 px wide and that's fine to grab it and resize, but this would improve the UX.

OSplitter was phased out - Splitters create weird issues in Qt and VTK windows :-(
