RX580 and RX6600 low hashrate #220

After upgrade to 0.36.4 rx 580 drop down from 4.8 Mhs to 0.3Mhs, and rx6600 drop down from 18Mhs to 2 Mhs

@SidorSidoroff nothing to compare here right now, other miner don't support AMD

@crashbit666 right now AMD Polaris gpu's not tested at all, latest working version is 0.36.3. Newest version should work fine on RX6600 though, but you need amd drivers 22.20
