RTX 3060 LHR Hashrate decreased up and down When using Ghostrider Algorithm #233

Hi,

When using Ghostrider Algorithm in HiveOS with Nvidia RTX 3060 LHR, Hashrate mostly back to the original LHR Speed, sometimes after 20 - 25 minutes the speed increased into normal unlock speed, then back again into LHR speed.

Tried change core clock, the speed will raise for 1 - 2 minutes then back again inti LHR speed.

Don't have that issue when using other algorithm. Since we knew that RTX 3060 LHR already got their full speed from Nvidia, its kinda annoying to have LHR speed again when using Ghostrider algorithm.

Hope you can check and fix this issue.

read more about ghostrider algorithm, then back here to discuss :) You can't get a constant hashrate on it for any CPU or GPU, so this is not a LHR problem. This is how algorithm works, each block has different hashfuncs in it, and depends on their complexity - you can get very low hashrate or very high. Miner even prints hashorder to monitor this.
